short description of interest in joining forum:
I was a BK 20 years ago from 86 to 90 in sydney.went to Madhuban twice and had a short time in a centre..My experience was enjoyable,i left gradually and with no hard feelings.I didnt make a decision to leave as such..it happened due to several realisations over a period of time. The hierarchical structure was ,quite frankly ,nauseating...i just couldnt get it...all the grovelling,The Ladder climbing..i didnt want a bar of it.The whole "Shudra" judgemental garbage either...very unspiritual i thought and there is more.Anyway after 20 years and stumbling upon this website which i commend you for,i thought that i might have something to contribute. I see the BKs as nothing more than a CULT (a subject i have studied with great interest for many years) and think there is something incredibly more profound in living one's life as if its the only one we have than pursuing some puritanical afterlife...me..im more than happy to become food for the worms when i die.Keep up the good work.Dids
omething much more profound
