I am an existing BK. I was thrilled to come across these lessons of Raja Yoga while surfing on search engine.These lessions give very specific guidance to bring about transformation in self. I am sure these lessions and dialogue with the teachers who wrote this will help for speedy development. Sometimes these points appearing in Murlis are difficult to understand but these lessions have made them amply clear.
