I did 7 days RajYoga course. didnt find convincing but still had some good habits/behaviour to learn so adapted the good part and left things which didnt had any reasonable logic or approach was very wage and no one had any answers for same.
Whereas my wife was deep connected to BK and almost turning as a cult follower, so trying to understand how to get here back to real world.
