Could you clarify what you mean here? If you look at Hindu scriptures, there is no concept of conversion. There are prescribed "shuddhi" rituals to re-convert someone who was born a Hindu but became a non-Hindu. However there are no such rituals that can convert a non-Hindu to Hindu fold....
