Is Bharat = India ?

Post21 Aug 2007

THis may have been touched in another posts.

Is the Definition of "Bharat" meaning the current physical land of India, or other parts of subcontinent, or even further afield geographically?

If Destruction happens, mountain ranges and earthquakes move, techtonic plates shift, the earth tilts, tides go here and there; how are we sure exactly where "Bharat" is? As example, are we sure that the physical land which now India occupies will be flooded instead whereas maybe the land which, say, Saudia Arabia occupies stays afloat?

Could the rivers that are the now in India and mentioned in the Murlis be rivers that were created post destruction and have shifted and moved as mountain ranges also do? Who knows what the forces of nature? Of course, all of this happens within the first few moments of year 01.01.0001, time 00:00:01. Some folks would even say it lasted for 7 days :P.

(For the moment, I'd like to exclude the definition of "Bharat" as a person in this post)

I raise this post because recently a BK from Russia has claimed that Shiva has entered him. I am not resorting to such claim, but more on the possibility that the physical location where he/she is be the point of "Bharat".

Hi Bansy, one of the groups represented on this site propose that Bharat is a person and NOT a place. Let's see the feedback we get to your point. Thank you.
