Did any of you ever tried Theosophy ... The works of Besant and Leadbeater? There are several planes between the physical and the ultimate one (the Paramdham of the BK). Well, the BKs do not acknowledge them. I just want to know "ex-l ", did you ever tried Theosophy?

Hey ... I am not directing you to Theosophy just want to know.

Theosophy was the work of Madame Blavatsky. But yes, Besant was the leader of the Adyar split. Not Theosophy, but Besant's (and Leadbeater's) prodigy Jiddu, yes. Here are some videos:

I think I was read one of the Theosophical Society's books on Raja Yoga at the time when I got involved with the Brahma Kumaris and was fooled by the BKs that their practise was "Raja Yoga". It is not.

I wish the Hindus and yogis would rise up together and strip the Brahma Kumaris of that title. They have no right to use it for their practise ... never mind lie that it is the "Ancient Raja Yoga" as they do.

If the Brahma Kumaris are pushing for their legal rights and trademarking all these terms in the West ... I wish the Indians would come forward and stand up for their heritage against these Sindi corporate raiders and their 'middle-management' Gujeratis.

It's pathetic to see how BKWSU not only hijacked but distorted Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

Ah, thanks for the memory ... it was actually "The Light of the Soul: The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" by Alice A. Bailey 1927 which was published by the Lucis Trust. Another influential Theosophical split.
