I, don't know what you are going through, but surely i can understand the pain, how long you were in the BKs and when did u left ...?
For me, the isolation is the main problem. I could not mix with the people normally, the guilt of year lost, career lost and relationship breakups are killing. I feel that I need more care and attention.
