This stuff I liked. Finally the BKs seems to be getting over the belief that they are perfect, their god spirit is touching them to do the craziness things, and whispering into the ears of the Seniors ... who can do not wrong and whose word is equal to God's.
Avenues for Extra Help and Support Obstacles along the path can always come up ...
Conversation with Center Coordinator
... center coordinators are not thought-readers.
Conversation with Area/National/Regional Coordinators
If our issue is not resolved by talking to the center coordinator or we don’t feel comfortable doing so, we can at this stage talk (email/phone/in-person) to the Area or National Coordinators ... For your information, the following are the regional co-coordinators: Didi Nirmala for Asia, Sister Mohini (NY) for Americas, Sister Jayanti and Didi Sudesh for Europe and the Middle East, Sister Vedanti for Africa, Sister Chakradhari for Russia/Baltic countries, and Dr. Nirmala for Australia.
Tips & words of caution: Guidelines for being comfortable with your fellow center students, the center residents, and center coordinatorGood communication with Center Coordinators
Center coordinators are NOT thought-readers and so it's important to communicate our thoughts and feelings freely and clearly if we are not comfortable about something. Most of the time, with open and clear communication, things are resolved easily.
... while trying to interpret other’s behaviors. For example, if someone [Center-in-charge?] is not paying us enough attention, perhaps they have had a busy day or have other issues going on in their life which are demanding their attention. In other words it is best not to take things personally.
Other students are very good but not yet perfect
While it is possible that we might have high expectations of students of Raja Yoga who have been around for a long time, we should keep in mind that no one as yet has reached perfection. Our duty is to keep our inner world steady, even in the face of anger or the insults of others, by remaining in our self-respect.
... if a conflict of sanskars arises between us and another person, we should try to get the issue resolved and do what we can to prevent similar situations in the future.
Center coordinator/residents are very good but not yet perfect
Centers are opened voluntarily or when there is a demand from the local community. Center coordinators/residents are usually appointed after careful consideration, after they have been around the organization for several years, exhibiting some very special qualities (such as initiative, courage, intellect etc.). While a reasonable amount of training is provided to new center coordinators, it is wise to avoid expecting perfection from anyone at this time. Therefore:
The onus lies on us to discriminate the instructions and actions of the center coordinators/residents. If for example we think that a particular situation was not handled correctly, we shouldn't become discouraged or unhappy. It's important to understand that each one is working on themselves as best as they can. Baba recommends that we help to serve the center coordinator with our pure feelings and good wishes. We can clarify the situation at a later time with our center coordinator if it bothers us.
If, after communicating openly with the center instrument(s), we think that something inaccurate is happening, then we have to work to get it resolved. Baba does not forbid us to write to Seniors to take their advice if we sincerely think it is necessary or that something inaccurate is happening. You may go to section titled "Avenues for extra help and support."
Ultimately, we are responsible for the actions we perform, no matter who gave those instructions. In other words, we should communicate clearly, firmly, and openly if we are notcomfortable about doing something. More often than not, being true to ourselves in front of others will gain appreciation and lead to a quicker resolution of any internal struggles.
Conclusion
To make our spiritual journey a powerful and joyful one, we should always feel free to make the decisions that we ourselves are happy with, after carefully considering all the options. If there is confusion about anything, consulting with Seniors is appropriate and welcome. In most cases, our pure instincts or what sounds practical is right.
What I am less sure of is ... too many individuals have suffered for too long within the BKWSU putting up with mind games and ridiculous cr*p that they should never have accepted. There does not seem to be balance and support for less assertive individuals.
And, of course, there is no conception of the right thing to do being to step back and leave the center/religion either temporarily or conclusively. No sign of how to manage exiting BKs yet.For our non-BK readers, one of our prime areas of concern has been the lack of support for exiting BKs.

... Based on what has been seen in the past, it is worthwhile mentioning that Baba would not consider it to be smart to leave the spiritual study due to a conflict of sanskars. Instead, it is recommended to keep studying spiritually one way or another while the situation works itself out.
