They go with the flow ... riding the wave of global economic recession, the insecure world ... Governments decide to invest on militarizing cities, and shut the door to asylum seekers. The BKs launch new service ventures. Did it ever occur to them that God is the protector in all religions, and even for people that do not follow any religion? And who is it that feels more insecure and threatened, nowadays? Wealthy people. Those who have little or nothing to loose do not need to be taught "how to cope" during these time of crisis.

When I joined the Forum, I used to often visualize myself jumping off the BK ship, because it had lost its course. In fact, the only choice left, for a sincere yogi, is mutiny or abandoning the ship. IMHO, it is sinking. Spiritual principles are disappearing in the abyss, like the Titanic. Imagine accepting a passage from a ship which was heading towards some palm fringed beach in Brasil, and realizing that it has been hijacked by the crew and it's heading north, towards some icebergs. In that case, leaving is not betraying.

If you volunteered as ship boy, just to reach the land of your utopia, and pay for your ride with your labour, realizing that the ship is going astray, you have plenty of reasons to leave. Those who stay, possibly are passengers who occupy the first class decks and cabins and stuff themselves with food in some VIP dining room. To them, the boat's destination is irrelevant. Also for vendors and con-men active on the crossing, it doesn't matter where the ship is going, as long as they can make some profit and connections.

The magnificent excuse for VIP service, is that the message that God has come, must reach every corner of the Earth. Otherwise, at the time of destruction, some soul might complain that" you knew God had come, why you did not give me his introduction?" So, in order to perform such charitable action, the BKs need "big mics", celebrities, politicians. You attract the famous ones and they will do the job for you of spreading the news, so that in no time and with little effort, billions of destitutes, can hear The Knowledge and be saved. Clever, the Innocent Lord, using wealthy people to reach the Poor!

If whilst facilitating this process, BKs fall in love with the scent of money and comfort, and lose the compass, we should not be surprised:. we are all humans, after all!!!

And another ... the Sports Wing.org. What, honestly, is the difference between the RajYoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF) and the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya (PBKIVV)?
In 2000, the RajYoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF), in association with its parent organisation Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya established a new wing called Sports Wing. A driving force of the Sports Wing has been to enhance sports performance through meditation and the inculcation of spiritual values in the area of sports.

Since that time, this innovative wing has been organising conferences, seminars, dialogues, retreats and spiritual training programs India wide. The Sports Wing’s focus is to impart psychological training to enhance players’ mental performance in order to succeed at any level. The Sports Wing's accomplishes this by bridging spiritual values with the practice of meditation in the area of sports.

To achieve its objectives, the Sports Wing prepares exhibitions and presentations exclusively for sportspersons. The Sports Wing also holds a series of lectures, seminars, workshops, sports training camps as well as national and international conferences. All programs are arranged in collaboration with other Sports Federations & Associations. The Sports Wing works with a strong group of highly experienced and dedicated faculty members who facilitate these programs world wide.

My India Healthy India
7 Golden principles of the Healthy Life Style

01. Knowledge is power

It is believed that “MONEY IS POWER”. But in health field this principle is not applicable. If it would have been true, then the one with lots of money should never fell ill. But the truth about health is something different. In these days, the diseases like CAD, Depression, and Diabetes are very common. The more we get information about health; we will be more inspired to live healthy.

If someone is able to identify the cause of the disease, then that person can prevent himself from suffering. Proper education about the health can change someone’s life. It is very useful to read the books related to health and also to attend medical seminars. We should always get the right information and if we practice all these things with our own interest then it makes easy for us to implement it.

02. Most easiest and simple way for healthy life is- Regular Exercise

To make our self complete healthy, the easiest way is a regular exercise. We feel that it is difficult to bring changes in the food. It is quite tough and it requires some sort of determination to do so. Exercise would be the best way. If we practice the habit of walking, we can easily improve our health up to 50%.

Actually exercises are like Magic stick. If we practice regular exercises, we can control Blood pressure, Diabetes, Heart problems.

While practicing exercises spiritual energy gets enhanced, this in turn increases the power and enthusiasm.

03. Proper food is the best medicine

The Father of modern Medicine Hippocrates told that we should take the food as if we are taking the medicine that is we should take only limited food. In Ayurveda it is said that “No more medicines are required for the one who keeps attention in his/her food habits and Medicines are not useful for the one who does not keep attention”. So we should not take food more than our requirement.

Since decades ago we are searching for the nectar of good health, but we should realize that our food habits are the nectar for healthy life. The following are equal to nectar for health

04. Fruits:

Nature has given us many fruits which contains many useful healthy juices. If we start taking fruits in more quantity, we can prevent the diseases like Acidity, Ulcer, Mal-absorption syndrome, Ulcerative Colitis, Blood Pressure, Heart problems, Arthritis and so on.

05. Sprouts:

Wheat, Green grams, ground nuts and soybeans can be used as sprouts. We should take these sprouts every day or at least 5 days per week. The immunity power will be more in the sprouts. Handfuls of sprouts contain more vitamins than one Becosule capsule. The sprout also contains more of life forces.

06. Vegetables:

Vegetables contain good amount of life sustaining components. They contain more fibers in larger amount. Structure of our small intestine is such that it can digest fiber easily. To keep, ulcer, cancer, piles, fissure, fistula etc out of our system we should start taking minimum of 300 Gms of salad every day.

07. Whole Grains:

In these days, more people, especially poor people are prone to anemia. This is due to the deficiency of iron content in the body. Ragi, jawar, bajra, soyabeans, maize contains a higher percentage of iron. By the usage of these grains, we can prevent 60% of anemia, cataract, skin diseases, and obesity.

Rajyogi Life Style:

Rajyogi life style is complete life style, which if adopted correctly can help to lead a healthy life. For example early morning meditation reduces the secretion of cortisole hormone. And happy hormone like Endorphins will be produced. Vegetarian diet improves health. It has been proved that mind is affected by our own thoughts. When food prepared with pure peaceful thoughts it improves health.

03. Nutritional Education Programmes

In these days, large number of people are suffering from Anemia. Because of the deficiency of Iron content in the body, Hemoglobin percentage reduces in the body. If we take the proper diet, we can recover the anemic problems. If we educate the people about the food in an attractive manner, then 60% of the patients who suffer from anemia, cataract problems, skin diseases, obesity bone diseases can be reduced.

04. De-addiction Programmes

In India 20% of the cancer is due to addiction. If we educate the people about the adverse effects of the addiction they can be saved from cancer. There by we can also save lacs of rupees which people spend for the treatment. In selected villages intense efforts should be made so that everyone must be made free from these addictions. As a practical example, we already have success of the service done by Brahmakumaris Vikroli, Centre Mumbai. Homeopathic remedies are there to help addicted people.

De-addiction Programmes

We should keep in mind that these medicines should be given according the conditions of the patient.
