Fraud Company
Hi Guys,
This is to create an awareness that there is a Fraud company by name Vibrant IT Services which is at Ashok Nagar,the directors are Ms.Bharathi & Mr Rajkumar, Operations Manager Mr.Madhav Sharma.
They use an influential institute's name called the Brahmakumaris & a spiritual word Like Om Shanti & create a genuine outlook about their company, but they are not.
Anybody who plans to join them,there would be a lot of False information given to them stating that it would be an Inbound process, no sales, only customer service, no pressure, 5 days a week, but everything is the other way around, it would be hardcore sales process, you would be forced to work six days a week & you have to start performing within a week or two after training or else look out for another job as they would surprise you with Invalid or Inappropriate reasons & ask you to leave & for the days you've already worked,they pay you according to their own calculations which you either take it or leave it.... Be careful ... be aware ... Thanks...Yours Faithfully & Sincerely....

They will also ask the freshers to pay Rs.20, 000 which is a non-refundable deposit to get in to this freek in company with 5 to 6 including directors, u are suppose to pay atleast 10, 000 initially if not you would have to work for 2 months for charity. This important info will be informed to you after 15 to 20 days when you join them. They will not provide transport for pick up or drop and they wont provide you food .
