What is so great about God anyway?

The BKs persistently claim that their god is the god of all religions going as far as to produce Bollywood-style propaganda posters portraying not just their god not just as the god of all religions ... but with their guru placed at the top and middle of all religious founders giving him the most important status.

What is this all about? Of course, it is just product or 'market placement', like Coca Cola paying a fortune to have their product in a movie. It is also 'status by association' or social climbing. By putting themselves amongst other religions, they make themselves appear equal or greater to those religions. It is also unethical leverage of mental conditioning within ordinary people for whom these other gods and religions have either a positive value ...
... Or deeply ingrained fearful values which individuals have been conditioned to obey and not question.
But what is so great about God anyway? Let's look at this "God", and his more important advocates, as pictured by the Brahma Kumaris ... obviously such posters are modelled on Hindu Bhakti posters which are believe to have superstitious "power" and which, for example, people would be fearful to destroy for fear of offending their deity.

God-is-One.JPG
All your Gods are belong to us.

Mohamed: Mohamed married a 6 year old girl. He raped her aged 9 years old and she died at 18 (it's not possible to have consensual sex with a 9 year old child). He was into polygamy when God wasn't, lusted after women, captured and raped Jewish married women, consider women's testimony only counted as half that of a men's, allowed men to beat their women, killed poets and critics, participated in the beheading of 900 men, murdered non-believers, wanted to wipe out all other religions, forbade anyone to marry widows and promised the reward of virgins in Paradise for any martyrs who died for him. He would sleep with all of his wives, including his child wife on the same night and had a kink for fondling them up, or putting his head on their thighs when they were on their menstruating.

Shiv Baba, in the form of Allah, looks forward to torturing disbelievers forever after they die, sickens their hearts, increases their diseases and makes their lives miserable in this life and looks forward to casting them into hell in the next. He brags about drowning the Egyptian army and sending famine on the people, encourages murdering non-believers and advises cutting off the hands of thieves. He hates Jews, who is going to punish until the end of the world, and believes the devil is real.

Shiv Baba, in the of Yahweh, the of God of Abraham and Christ told his people to invade people's lands, kill all the men, rape all the women and take the land for themselves. He advices to kill; people who don't listen to priests, witches, spirit mediums or fortunetellers, anyone who hits their mother or Father or curses their parents, anyone who has pre-marital sex or adultery, any nonbelievers, entire towns if one person in that town worships another god, women who are not virgins on their wedding night, followers of other religions, anyone who uses his name to swear, New Age gurus (false prophets), anyone who works on Sunday ... and he *really* did not like homosexuals in a big way!!!

He was also responsible for numerous acts of war, genocide, plagues, mass murder whilst allowing slavery, selling your daughters, child sex abuse ... and bashing babies against rocks and ripping apart pregnant women with swords.

Shiv Baba as Vishnu or Krishna, (yes, I know the contradiction with BKism teachings but I am using the subtext of their poster here) regularly stole, tricked, cheated, encouraged war, abducted and fornicated with other men's wives, engaged in orgies and so on.

Shiva Baba as Rama, shot his own twin Brother in the back for personal gain, called his Father a fool and an idiot, disfigured and mutilated many women by cutting off her noses, breasts, ears etc and tortured them and thought they should not be trusted.

Looking further at the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Kindergarden's poster, one has to note that Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism all rejects the idea of a personal deity and so how can the Brahma Kumaris bundle in their totemic images? (The ideas of the inherent quality of the soul characterising infinite bliss, power, perfect knowledge and peace already pre-existed in Jainism who claim their founding Tīrthaṅkaras, Rishabha, lived 7190 before Christ).

One could go on and on and on deconstructing what they are trying to do but given how much time their founder and leaders, Lekhraj Kirpalani and Om Radhe, and their god in the Murlis spend criticising other religions, can I please just write without any fear of criticism. what a bunch of shameless, conscienceless, confused and manipulative hypocrites these people are , albeit in a terrible nice and well spoken way.

What is so great about God anyway? It's all about power over others ... and money. Lekhraj Kirpalani and the BKs ran out of money, the world did not end, they had no professions nor education to fall back on. They knew and saw the amount of money going into other religions and thought like a business person would ...
"We'll have a percentage of that".
At that point, they reinvented themselves from a private cult into a business religion with social and political ambitions.
Totem

An object, animal or image believed by a particular society to have spiritual significance or power and adopted by it as an emblem.

Your posts are becoming increasingly SICK and tiring (at least to me) and your problem seems to be much deeper and not really about BKism only. While you clearly reject all notions of God and Religion, you would somehow try to link cleverly everything to BKs to continue your propaganda. I will keep it short as I need to be on a date with my "beloved" today and what is great about that is the experience of true love and belonging which is not really a subject of argument and totally a personal experience.

Now, now sir ... let's be fair here. These are the claims that the Brahma Kumaris make (internally, at least). My quoting of their beliefs is clearly accurate, and sustainable with actual Murli quotes. Tell me which one of those many statements are false or retract your personal insult, please.

Why on earth would the Brahma Kumaris put the Mohammed and Islam on their posters!?!

I feel terrible for Buddha, Mahavira, Guru Nanak, and their followers, to see them put up there. Even Jesus was not such a bad lad and suffered for his sins.

Now, forget putting Mohammed lower than Lekhraj Kirpalani for a moment ... aren't there prohibitions in Islam about physical depictions of Muhammad?

I must send one of these posters to the Nation of Islam for their comment ... (BTW, do the Taliban have a email address?)
