BKs set World Record for the Biggest Lie (oops, Book)

Following up the recent trend of crass Brahma Kumari efforts of self-advertisement ... making ludicrous efforts to gain spurious "world records" ... we have "Brahmakumari Mulund Sub zone in Mumbai creating World History by making ... the world's largest book measuring 28 feet in height and 18 feet wide, certified by "World Records India", yet another no name website who makes money by certifying any sort of bogus event any one sends in.

Given the so called "book" was on the Lekhraj Kirpalani, the founder of Brahmakumaris, and called "PRAJAPITA Brahma A UNIQUE LIFE SECRET" ... we can be assure it was also the fake version of their cult's history.

Yes, all you folks rushing to sign up for the BKWSU meditation courses ... never mind the 50% of Indian women who have to wait until it is dark before they go out and **** in the open air, never mind about the 45% of Indian children who are stunted due to malnutrion, never mind the millions of children who die for the lack of a simple medicine made of sugar and salt, nor about the lack of equality and human rights in the world ... this is what the god of the BKs and his enlightened instruments wants you doing for the rest of your life!

Now, honestly folks, is this really the best they can do to "serve humanity"? Is this really the best way they "god" can inspire? Is this in *any* way cool or classy? No, it really is not.

And is that even *really* a book ... in the same was as their last "world record" for the "world's biggest trophy" given to Janki Kirpalani was really *not* a trophy but just a big "thing"?

How much vain and wasteful, self-congratulatory self-advertisement can one religion really pump out ... or are the Brahma Kumaris looking to set a world record for that too?

Excuse me from bursting our BK friends' bubble ... but the 'other' largest book in the world weighs in at 1500 kg, an Arabic book called "This is Muhammad" to be included in the slightly more respected 'Guinness Book of World Records'. Technically, it is a *real* book ... and, at $ 3,000,000 it is also the most costly book in the world to date.

The 429 page book tells about the Prophet Muhammad's life and measures 16.40 ft x 26.44 ft. It sheds light on the life of Prophet Muhammad and explains the achievements and positive effects he had on humanity (so where did the BKs get their second hand idea from?)

Even other Indian sects have tried the same stunt ... Kranti Manch, an organization dedicated to spreading the message of a Jain saint, set the previous record for the same company called "Kadve Pravachan", measuring 25 feet high, 17 feet wide and two feet thick. Does this look in any way familiar ... here?

How utterly pointless! And a gross waste of money.

I wonder who funded this project! What a waste of time, space and money!! Especially when a lot of the contents of the book are either useless or untrue.

Yes, and what they want to tell the world by making such a huge size of book? And the one who funded the project must be felt happy that he has secured a golden seat in a golden palace in a Golden Age.

It turns out that India Book of Records was started in 2004 by Biswaroop Roy Choudhury who is a regular presenter at Brahma Kumari events in Faridabad and manages the Brahmakumaris "national project of de-addiction".

He's the "Chief Editor" of India Book of Records and the "Bureau Chief" of Asia Book of Records.

The Brahma Kumaris now being accused of "registering their false claims in this fake book of records and then using it to claim that they are Guinness Book of Records holder" ... so far I have not found his alleged Guinness Book of Records record.

Note the ridiculously vague and exaggerated claims ... "only man to hold both mind-body Guinness World Records" (there are only two?). He also claims the authority of "Name mentioned in Oxford University's Official website for contribution in the field of mind methods" ... but I cannot find anything on www.ox.ac.uk/. He is also an engineer, *not* a medical doctor.

When requested for verification of their various unscientific claims, the India Book of Records, e.g. Dadi Janki's inclusion as "Delta Woman", they refused to supply any details.

And next up is going to be another "Word Record" for BK Rani Raikwar ... holder of a "world record" for pulling a 10,500 kg truck with her hair ... for "World No Tobacco Day"!?! ... (which surely proves they must be the instruments of God, is not?)

Well, it might if the Guinnes Book of World Records did not register a non-BK Asha Rani for previously pulling a truck weighing 12,000 kg, despite the BKs publicity team already claiming the Guinness record for Rani Raikwar.

Chaudhray also has a company called "Dynamic Memory" which employs another BK Rajyogi called "Mr. BK Chandra Shekhar" as director and sells obviously BK related materials.

He's also been involved with his wife, Neerja Roy Chaudhary, both of Invisible Doctor, as BK events usually using "memory magic" as the pull and the same individual BKs are also involved with SIGFA Solutions (note the inclusion of BK logo and employment of Om Prakash). It sounds like another bunch of BKs blurring business interests between themselves and the Brahma Kumaris and scamming the general public with false confidences.

File under, "usual modus operandi", "more Brahma Kumari snake oil" and tawdry crap. It's the same as the Brahma Kumaris are doing in academia ... if you cannot get non-BKs to give the BKWSU the publicity it wants, then just start writing up your own!
