It would appear that "Day of the Dialogue" or "Reflective Dialogue" is the latest in a line of marketing strategies for the Brahma Kumaris. As coined or developed by Harold Kops.

From an ex-BK point of view, it would appear to being systematize what the BKs train and practise to do ... listen passively to anyone who they want to influence ... while zapping them with their dhristi ("spiritual vision" or meditate 'at' them). "Naritva Darshan – a Dialogue" in India.
