Floods in UP

Omshanti. I don't know whether ShivBaba (through Baba Virendra Dev Dixit) has been asked this question in any of the recent discussion CDs, but in the past he has said in the clarification Murlis that the floods in the outer world point to the flood of the water of knowledge that occurs in the world of us Brahmins.
I will find out if the floods have affected Kampil also. River Ganga flows a few kilometers from the village Kampil and I have heard that when river Ganga breaches its banks, the waters generally reach the footsteps of the Shiva temple located on the outskirts of village Kampil.
