Unlike traditional Hinduism which separates the Cycle of Time into 4 distinct eras, the BKWSU teach that there is a fifth age called the Confluence or Diamond Age. This is considered to be the most auspicious age wheb God incarnates on earth into the body of Dada Lekhraj in order to teach Raja Yoga, bring about Destruction and the re-creation of the Golden Age.
Originally, it was taught that this age would last 40 years but after Destruction did not happen in 1976, this was changed to 100 years; 50 years for destruction of impure human civilisation and 50 years for its re-creation.
