This is a copy of a Mid-90s [[BKWSU]] [[Raja Yoga]] Teacher Training Manual by which point the original "[[7 Days Course]]" has been split and developed to include; "Beginners", "Intermediate" and "Advance Classes". These classes include not only "The Knowledge" but also sample meditiations and guidance notes for BK Raja Yoga teachers. It is understood the course changed in the West due to the high number of students not completing due to the extreme and Pro-Hindu nature of the original, e.g. [[Destruction]], [[Kalpa|5,000 Year Cycle]] and [[Trimurti]] teachings.
