Vyas or Vaisya, the third caste or varna in the traditional four sectioned division of Indian society. Their assigned and expected role in Vedic India was that of merchant. The four Varnas being Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaisya, and Shudra.
In the BKWSU, the term is used for a third class of soul that "made deals" or bartered with God rather than surrendered fully. A religious soul that will miss out on the pleasures of Heaven on Earth and re-incarnate in the Copper Age as worshippers or seekers, remaining always body conscious and so impure.
Examples of Copper Age souls are; Abraham, Buddha, Christ, Muhammed, Shankacharya and their all their followers. The BKWSU teach that none of these souls escape the Cycle of human incarnation and continue to re-incarnate until Destruction when they must come back to the BKWSU to recieve their teachings.
It is a term that could be interpreted as slightly contemptuous or disparaging. The caste in Hindu society (the merchants). Figuratively, the status of deity souls in the Copper Age.
