Shudra
Shudra or Sudra is the fourth and lowest caste or varna in the traditional four sectioned division of Indian society. Their assigned and expected role in Vedic India was that of artisans and laborers. The four Varnas being Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaisya, and Shudra.
In the BKWSU, the term is used for all non-BKs in a manner that could be interpreted as contemptous or disparaging. BKs see themselves and are told that they are the true and pure Brahmins, the " top knot " or top caste of all human souls. All non-BKs, seen to be living in the Iron Age and body consciousness, are called Shudras or impure Untouchables.
This includes all traditional Hindu or non-BK Brahmin castes. The majority of Indian BKs are not from traditional Brahmin castes.
