Yoga

Yoga literally means 'linking', and typically (as in Raja Yoga) this means linking or combining with God (i.e. 'union', from the sanskrit meaning yoke). For BKs, yoga means BK style Raja Yoga meditation or remembrance i.e. remembering Shiva. One can have yoga (i.e. soul to soul communion) with any soul, or even an non-living thing, but BKs are severely discouraged from having yoga with any souls other than Shiva.

The BK Raja Yoga is mental and not physical. It is described under Raja Yoga

Yog

The level of meditation a (BK) yogi can reach through remembrance of God, often able to transcend thressholds of pain. Many BKs can reach this level of Yog and go without medication for medical treatments. This seems to be attained after many years of meditation (Yoga) of the mind.
