Conducting
The guidance of a BK Raja Yoga meditation experience done by a teacher sitting open-eyed in front of an individual or group, usually on a chair or raise throne called a guddhi, and staring at each individual in turn channelling the experience of energy beleived to become from God Shiva.
Often done to a recording using a guided meditation commentary of suggested experience and gentle music for the general public and students, or in silence amongst experienced BKs.
BKs conducting meditations will often have a hieghtened experience and feel that their head or vision is being moved and guided by another being they believe to be God in a sense, overshadowing their physical body.
