"Omshanti. Vaastav may yah geet gaaney kee jaroorat nahee hai. Parantu bahlaaney ke liye yah aawaaz karnaa padtaa hai. Vaastav may aatma ko aawaaz karney kee darkaar nahee. Aatma toh aawaaz say parey nirvaandhaam jaaney chaahtee hain. Bahut baajey gaajey taaliyaan aadi sunkar aatma thakee hui hai isliye ab Baap ko Yaad kartee hai – Hey Bhagwaan mujhey ley jaao. Bachchey jaantey hain yah Baap hamko samjha rahey hain. Jaisey ghar may Baap aur Dada donon bachchey-bachchey kahtey hain. Dada aisey nahee kahengey ki potrey idhar aao. Donon hee kahengey bachchey idhar aao. Yahaan toh Baap aur Dada, saakaar aur niraakaar dono ikatthey hain. Vaastav my sabhi manushya-maatra ka yah Baap aur Dada hai." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 04.02.08, pg 1)

“Omshanti. Actually there is no need to sing this song. But these sounds have to be created for entertainment. Actually, a soul need not create any sound. The soul wants to beyond the (stage of) sounds to the Soul World (nirvaandhaam). The soul has become tired by listening to music, claps, etc.; that is why it now remembers the Father – O God! Come and take me (with you). Children know that this Father is explaining to us. For example, both Father and the grandfather say ‘child, child’ at home. The grandfather will not say – O grandson, come here. Both would say that – O child, come here. Here, the Father and the Grandfather, corporeal and incorporeal, both are combined. Actually, this is the Father and Grandfather of the entire mankind.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 04.02.08, pg 1 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Baap toh sirf doh baatein kahtey hain – Agar poora varsa lena hai toh ek pavitra jaroor ban-na hai aur doosra Yoga may rahnaa hai. Koi baat may tumsay agar koi ladtey hain toh yah hua tumhara karmon ka hisaab-kitaab. Baaki tum pavitra raho uskay liye Government bhi rok nahee saktee. Baap toh raastaa bataatey hain ki tumko gharbaar nahee chodnaa hai. Grihasth vyavhaar may rahtey pavitra rahnaa hai aur Yoga may rahnaa hai." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 05.02.08, pg 2)

“The Father says only two things – If you wish to obtain full inheritance, then firstly you have to definitely become pure and secondly you have to remain in Yoga. If anyone fights with you on any issue, then this is your karmic account. But, if you wish to remain pure, then even the Government cannot stop you. The Father shows the path that you should not leave the household. You have to lead a pure life and remain in Yoga while living in a household.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 05.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Manushya samajhtey hain pavitra rahnaa badaa mushkil hai kyonki aisi shiksha kisi nay kabhi nahee dee hai. Bhal kitney bhi brahmachaari rahtey hain parantu yahaan toh kaaydaa hai grihasth vyavhaar may rahkar pavitra rahnaa hai. Kumari toh pavitra hee hai, uskay liye toh bahut sahaj hai, pavitra hee raho. Grihasth may na jaao. Ismay sirf himmat chaahiye. Tum kah saktee ho ki ham Bhaarat ko swarg banaaney ke liye pavitra rahnaa chaahtey hain, ismay Bhaarat ka hee kalyan hai. Pavitrata ka varsa hamko mil jaayega." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 05.02.08, pg 2)

“People feel that it is very difficult to lead a pure life because nobody has ever given such teaching. Although they may remain celibate to any extent, but here the rule is to lead a pure life while living in a household. A virgin is anyways pure; it is very easy for her. You may continue to remain pure. Do not enter the (path of) household. One just requires courage in this. You can say that you want to lead a pure life in order to transform India into heaven. It is India which stands to benefit from it. We will get the inheritance of purity.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 05.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Sabke liye raasta ek hee hai pavitra jaroor ban-na hai. Agar pavitra nahee rahney detey toh apney paanv par khadi ho koi na koi service may lag jaao. Yahan toh saaf dil chaahiye. Aisey nahee, ghar chodkar aaye fir Brahmin kul may rah koi na koi say familiarity may fansi rahey. Aisey bhi bahut hain jinko familiarity ka halka nasha rahta hai. Unho kee avastha nahee chadhtee. Service laayak nahee bantey kyonki andar keeda lagaa hua hai. Maya chodtee nahee hai. Likhtey hain Baba bahut Maya ke toofaan lagtey hain. Toh jaroor halkaa nashaa aata hoga." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 05.02.08, pg 2&3)

“There is only one path for everyone – we have to certainly become pure. If they don’t allow you to remain pure, then stand on your own feet (i.e. become self-reliant) and become busy in some or the other service. Here a clean heart is required. It is not as if you leave your home and come and then while living in the Brahmin clan, you remain entangled in familiarity with someone or the other. There are many who have a slight intoxication of familiarity. Their stage does not rise. They do not become capable of doing service because there is a shortcoming inside. Maya does not leave. They write – Baba, we face a lot of storms of Maya. So, definitely there must be a slight intoxication (of familiarity).” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 05.02.08, pg 2&3 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Baap baith samjhaatey hain ki meri buddhi kahaan tak jaati hai. Had behad say paar.....vahaan kuchh bhi nahee hai. Tum bachchon ke rahney ka sthaan hai vah Brahmaand, Brahm Mahtatwa. Jaisey aakaash tatwa may yahaan baithey ho, kuchh bhi dekhney may nahee aataa hai. Polar hee polar hai. Radio may kahtey hain aakaashvani. Ab aakaash toh bahut badaa hai, uskaa anth toh paa nahee saktey. Uskee Vani manushya kya samjhengey. Yah jo aakaash ka tatwa hai, is mukhh say, polar say Vani nikaltee hai, isko kahaa jaataa hai aakaashvaani. Vani mukhh say (polar say) nikaltee hai. Vani koi naak kaan say nahee niklegi. Toh Baap bhi is shareeer may baith is mukhh say tum bachchon ko samjhaatey han."(Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 06.02.08, pg 2)

“The Father sits and explains as to how far His intellect can travel. Beyond the limited and the unlimited....There is nothing there. That Brahmaand, Brahm Mahatatwa (the Supreme Abode) is the place of residence of you children. Just as you are sitting here in the element ‘sky’ here; nothing is visible. Everything is just polar. In the radio they say ‘aakaashvani’ (the official radio service of the Government of India). Well the sky is very large; one cannot find its end. How can human beings understand its versions? The versions that emerge from this element ‘sky’, this mouth, from the polar are called aakaashvani. Versions emerge from the mouth (i.e. from the polar). Versions do not emerge from the nose or ears. So, even the Father sits in this body and explains to you children through this mouth.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 06.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Baap bachchon ko mukhya baat kahtey hain apney ko aatma samajh mujh Baap ko Yaad karo. Yah baat tum hee jaan saktey ho. Bhal vah kahtey hain God Father hai, ham sabhi Brothers hain. Parantu samajhtey nahee hain. Gaatey bhi hain sabka sadgati daataa Ram, sabko sukhh deney vaalaa ek hee Baap hai. Ram ko Baba nahee kahengey. Baba ek shareeerdhaari ko doosraa ashareeri ko kahtey hain. Pehley-pelhey hai ashareeri fir shareeri bantey hain. Pehley ham Baba ke saath rahtey fir part bajaaney ke liye lokik dehdhaari baap ke paas aatey hain. Yah sab hai roohani baatein." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 06.02.08, pg 3)

“The main thing that the Father tells the children is that – consider yourself to be a soul and remember me, your Father. Only you can know this. Although they say that God is Father; we all are Brothers. But they do not understand. They even sing that the bestower of true salvation upon everyone is Ram; the one who gives happiness to everyone is the Father alone. Ram will not be called Baba. Firstly a bodily being and then a bodiless one are called Baba. First of all one is bodiless; then they become embodied. Initially we live with Baba; then we come to the lokik embodied Father to play our part. All thes are spiritual matters.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 06.02.08, pg 3 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Toh ab Baap bachchon ko dheeraj detey hain ki ghabraao mat. Maya par jeet paani hai. Maya ke toofaan aayengey jaroor, vighna padengey. Iskaa ilaaj hai Yoga may raho. Maya Yoga bhi todegi. Parantu purushaarth kar Yoga may rahnaa hai. Jo Yoga may rahengey toh unkee aayu bhi badhegi. Jitnee aayu badee hogi utnaa anth tak Baap say Yoga lagaay varsa lengey. Yoga say tandrusti ko bhi theek karnaa hai, isliye Baap kahtey hain yogi bhav. Merey ko nirantar Yaad karo. Jitnaa purusharth karengey utnaa swarg may praalabdh paayengey. Toh Baap kahtey hain bachchey Yoga may raho toh tumhaarey vikarma vinaash hongey. Baaki thoda samay hai." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 07.02.08, pg 2)

“So, now the Father is giving solace to the children that do not be afraid. You have to gain victory over Maya. Storms of Maya would certainly come; obstacles would be created. Its treatment/solution is – Be in remembrance. Maya would also break the connection (Yoga). But one should make efforts and remain in Yoga. The lifespan of those who remain in Yoga would increase. The longer the life, the more one would be able to remember the Father till the end and get the inheritance. One should also improve one’s health through Yoga. That is why the Father says – Be yogi. Remember me continously. The more you make efforts (here) the more you would get the fruits in heaven. So, the Father says –Children, be in Yoga, then your sins would get destroyed. Very little time is left.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 07.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Tum aisey nahee kahengey ki vinaash jaldee ho toh ham swarg may jaaen kyonki yah jeevan badee durlabh hai. Aisey nahee ki abhi shareeer chod fir nayaa shareeer lekar padhaai padh sakengey. Baal avastha may hee hoga toh vinaash aarambh ho jaayega. Baalig bhi nahee ban sakega kyonki ismay chotey-badey sabka vinaash honay vaalaa hai. Jaldee marein, yah vahee kahengey jinko Maya bahut tang kartee hai ya koi karmabhog hai, unsay chootnaa chaahtey hain. Parantu yah chance fir nahee milega, isliye purushaarth may jut jaao. Baaki toh jab samay aayega toh na chahtey bhi sabko jaanaa padega kyonki Baap sabko roohani yatra par ley jaayega. Aisey nahee sirf 10-20 laakh ko ley jaayega. Jaisey Kumbh ke meley par 10-15 laakh jaatey hain. Yah toh aatma parmatma ka mela hai. Baap swayam panda bankar leney aaye hain, inkay pichaadi toh anginat aatmaen jaayengi. Parantu aisey bhi nahee sab jaldee jaayengey. Pralay ho toh fir yah Bhaaratkhand hee na rahey. Parantu yah Bhaarat avinaashi khand hai. Yahaan bahut rah jaatey hain. Fir Satyug may ek hee Suryavanshi raajdhaani sthaapan hogi." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 07.02.08, pg 2)

“You will not say that destruction should take place soon so that we could go to heaven because this life is very rare (durlabh). It is not as if we will leave the body now and would be able to take a new body and study. One will be in the childhood stage itself and the destruction would begin. One would not even be able to attain adulthood because young and old, everyone is going to be destroyed in this. Only those, who are troubled by Maya a lot, or who have karmic sufferings (karmabhog) and wish to be liberated from it would say that ‘we should die soon’. But one would not get this chance again. Therefore start making efforts. When the time comes everyone would have to depart even if one does not wish to, because the Father would take everyone on the spiritual journey. It is not as if He would take only 10-20 lakhs with Him. For example, 10-15 lakh people visit the Kumbha fair. This is a fair (mela or meeting) of the souls and the Supreme Soul. The Father Himself has come as a guide (panda); innumerable souls would follow Him (to the Soul World). But it is not as if everyone would go soon. If pralay (complete inundation of Earth by water) takes place, then this Indian land itself would not remain. But this Indian land is an imperishable land. Many people remain here (even after the destruction). Then, in the Golden Age, only one Suryavanshi (sun dynasty) kingdom would be established.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 07.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

Gareeb hee apnaa kalyaan kartey hain. Saahookaar mushkil hee kartey hain. Sanyaasi bhi jo naamigrami hain vah anth may aayengey. Ab bahut karke gareeb saadhaaran hee gyaan letey hain. Baap bhi saadhaaran tan may aataa hai, gareeb may nahee. Agar yah bhi gareeb hota toh kuchh kar nahee saktaa. Gareeb itnon kee sambhaal kaisey kartey! Toh yukti dekho kaisi rakhi hai. Saadhaaran hee ho jo bali bhi chadhey aur itney sabkee parvarish bhi hoti rahey. Inkay saath-saath aur bhi bahut bali chadh kar vaaris ban gaye." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 07.02.08, pg 3&4)

“Father is anyways benevolent; so children should also become benevolent like this. It is the poor ones who cause benefit to themselves. The rich ones hardly do. Even the sanyaasis, who are famous, will come in the end. Now mostly it is the poor and ordinary ones who obtain The Knowledge. Even the Father comes in an ordinary body, but not in a poor one. Had this one also been poor, he would not have been able to do anything. How could a poor person have taken care of so many! So, look what kind of tact has been adopted. It should be an ordinary one, who could also sacrifice himself and so many persons should also continue to be sustained. Along with this one, many others also sacrificed themselves and became heirs.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 07.02.08, pg 3&4 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Baap toh servant hai. Badey aadmi jab sahee kartey hain toh neechey likhtey hain – obedient servant....Baap sab bachchon ka servant hai. Kahtey hain bachchey ham tumhara servant hoon. Tum kitnee hujjat say bulaatey ho ki Bhagwaan aao, aakar ham patiton ko paavan banao. Paavan hotey hee hain paavan duniya may. Yah samajhney kee baatein hain.....Yah hai God Fatherly University. Aim object kya hai? Manushya say devtaa banana. Jisko nishchay hee nahee hoga vah school ay baithega kya? Nishchay hoga toh Barrister say, Surgeon say seekhega. Aim object ka hee pataa nahee toh aayega nahee." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 08.02.08, pg 2)

“The Father is a servant. When big personalities sign, they write below – obedient servant.....The Father is the servant of all the children. He says – Children, I am your servant. You call me so fervently that – O God! Come and transform us sinful ones to pure ones. Pure ones exist only in the pure world. These are matters to be understood.....This is a God Fatherly University. What is the aim object? To transform human beings to deities. Children have the faith that we have to become this. Will the one who does not have faith sit in the school? If he has faith he will learn from a Barrister, from a Surgeon. If one does not know about his aim and objective at all, then he will not come.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 08.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Baba nay samjhaya bhi hai, kisko aisey kahnaa nahee hai ki Bhakti ko chodo. Gyaan aa jaataa hai toh fir aapey hee Bhakti choot jaayegi. Samajhtey hain ham aatma hain. Ab behad ke baap say hamko varsa lena hai. Pehley behad ke baap kee pehchaan chaahiye. Vah nishchay ho gaya toh fir had ke baap say buddhi nikal jaati hai. Grihasth vyavhaar may rahtey buddhi ka Yoga baap ke saath lag jaayega. Baap khud kahtey hain shareeer nirvaah arth karma kartey buddhi may Yaad rahey ek Baap kee." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 08.02.08, pg 2)

“Baba has even explained – One should not ask anyone to leave Bhakti. When they grasp The Knowledge they will automatically leave Bhakti. We feel that we are souls. Now we have to obtain inheritance from the unlimited Father. First the recognition of the unlimited Father is required. When one develops faith on that, then the intellect turns away from the limited Father. While living in a household, the intellect would get connected to the Father. The Father himself says – While performing actions for one’s livelihood there should be the remembrance of one Father in the intellect.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 08.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Dekho Meera ka kitnaa gaayan hai! Loklaaj khoi. Sirf is pavitrata ke kaaran kitnaa nam niklaa hai. Unko toh gyaan Amrit bhi nahee milaa. Sirf Krishna say preet thi. Krishnapuri may jaaney ke liye vish ko choda. Jaisey stree pati ke pichaadi sati banti hai na. Ab aisey toh nahee Meera Yaad kartey-kartey koi Krishnapure my gayi. Us samay Krishnapuri toh hai nahee. Meera ko 5-7 sau varsh huay hongey. Bhaktin bahut achchi thi, isliye koi achchey bhakt ke ghar janma liya hoga. Unka naamachaar kitnaa chalaa aata hai. Vah toh Meera bhaktin thi. Tum sabhi gyaan Meeraen banti ho." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 09.02.08, pg 1)

“Look, Meera is praised so much! She lost the worldly honour. Just because of this purity she became so famous. She did not even get the nectar of knowledge. She just loved Krishna. She renounced the poison (of lust) to go to the abode of Krishna. Just as a woman becomes sati (a medieval Indian practice of a widow dying with her husband’s dead body on the funeral pyre) for her husband, does she not? Well it is not as if Meera went to the abode of Krishna in his remembrance. At that time the abode of Krishna did not exist. Meera must have existed 5-7 hundred years ago. She was a very good devotee. That is why she must have taken birth at the home of a nice devotee. She has been so famous. She was a devotee Meera. You all become Meeras of knowledge.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 09.02.08, pg 1 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Hamesha pehley toh chitra saamney dey dena chaahiye. Paisa toh tum kabhi nahee maangnaa. Tumhara kaam hai unko dena. Kuchch bhi unko dena hoga toh aapeyhee dengey. Koi daam poochey toh bolo Baba toh gareeb niwaaz hai. Gareebon ke liye free baanta jaata hai. Baaki saahookaar jitnaa dengey utnaa ham aur bhi chapaayengey. Paisa koi ham apney kaam may thodey hee lagaatey hain. Jo miltaa hai janta kee seva ke kaam may lagaaya jaataa hai. Saahookaar hee toh dharmashala aadi banaayengey. Yahaan gareeb bhi center banaa saktey hain, ismay kharcha kuchch bhi nahee hai. Samjho kahtey hain ki ham center kholoon athava yah Godly University kholoon. Aisee Godly University say 3-4 nay bhi achcha fal paa liya toh aho saubhaagya, un kholney vaalon ka. Ismay fraakhdil hona chaahiye. Baba dekho kitnaa fraakhdil hai. Kakhpan ley aur baadshaahi dey detey hain. Sapoot bachchey hee Baba kee service kar saktey hain." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 09.02.08, pg 2)

“You should always first of all keep the picture in front of them. You should never ask for money. You job is to give them. If they have to give anything they will give on their own. If anyone asks about the price, tell them that Baba is a friend of the poor ones (garibniwaaz). It is distributed free of cost to the poor. As for the rich people, whatever (amount) they give, we will get many more (pictures/books) printed (with that amount). We don’t use the money for ourselves. Whatever we get is used for public service. It is the rich people only who build dharmashala (free of charge public lodging) etc. Here, even the poor people can set up centers. No cost is involved in it. Suppose someone says that he wishes to open a center or to open this Godly University. Even if 3-4 people get nice benefits from such a Godly University, then it is a matter of great fortune for those who opened it. One should be very noble-minded in this. Look Baba is so generous. He takes useless things and gives emperorship. It is only the worthy children who can do Baba’s service.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 09.02.08, pg 2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Is samay toh manushya bahut gandey hain. Vighna bhi bahut daalengey, jhooth kalank bhi lagaayengey. In baaton say darnaa nahee hai. Kuchch bhi ho ghabrana nahee chaahiye. 5 hazaar varsh pehley bhi yah kalank lagey thay. Ab bhi lagengey. Jhoothi-jhoothi banaavati baatein bhi karengey. Kisko respond theek na milney say bhi hangama kartey hain. Aahistey-aahistey sanyasi udaasi aadi sab dharma vaaley aayengey. Sabko Baap kee knowledge jaroor leni hai. Yah chitra bhi saari duniya may jaaney hain. Kabhi krodh may aakar vaad-vivaad nahee karnaa hai. Bhal jaaye koi ninda karey, gussey may kabhi nahee aana chaahiye. Bachchon ko refresh ho fir service karnee hai. Din pratidin kaaydey kaanoon bhi sudhartey jaayengey. Duniya ke kaaydey kaanoon toh bigadtey jaayengey kyonki vah toh tamopradhaan banti jaati hai. Ham toh satopradhaan ban rahey hain." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 09.02.08, pg 3&4)

“Now people are very dirty. They will also create a lot of obstacles; they will also level false charges. One should not get frightened by this. Whatever may happen one should not feel afraid. These charges were leveled 5000 years ago as well. These will be leveled even now. They will also cook up false stories. Even if someone does not get a (proper) response, they create a disturbance. Gradually, everyone including the Sanyasis-Udaasis, etc. would come. Everyone has to certainly obtain the Father’s knowledge. These pictures would also travel all over the world. One should never argue under the influence of anger. Even if someone defames, one should never become angry. Children should become refreshed and do service. Day by day the rules and laws would go on improving (in the Yagya) The rules of the world would continue to worsen because it goes on undergoing degradation. We are becoming pure.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 09.02.08, pg 3&4 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)

"Aur koi shaastron may aisa sahaj Yoga hai nahee. Vah toh bahut hathyog kartey hain, bahut mehnat kartey hain, jo tum mataen kar na sako. Tumko hathyogiyon ke muafik aasan nahee lagaanaa hai. Haan sabha may theek hokar baithnaa hai. Tumhara rajyog hai – taang par taang chadhaakar baithnaa. Aisey rajyog may baithney say nasha chadhega. Hathyog may dono taang chadhaatey hain. Baba tumko takleef nahee detey hain. Sirf thoda fark rakhnaa chaahiye, common baithney may aur Yoga may baithney may. Tum rajyog seekh rahey ho. Toh aisey baithnaa chaahiye jo manushya samjhein yah rajyog may baithey hain. Yah hamara raajaai ka dhang hai." (Brahmakumariyon dwara prakaashit revised Sakar Murli, dinaank 11.02.08, pg.2 )

“Such an easy rajyog is not mentioned in any other scripture. They do a lot of hathyog (physical asanas); they make a lot of efforts, which you mothers cannot make. You do not have to sit in asanas like the hathyogis. Yes, you have to sit properly in the gatherings. You rajyog involves sitting (in a posture) with one leg on the other. By sitting like this in Rajyog you will get the intoxication. In hathyoga, they sit with each leg on the other one (cross legged). Baba does not give you any trouble. There should be a little difference between sitting commonly and sitting in rajyog. You are learning rajyog. So, you should sit in such a way that the people could understand that they are sitting in rajyog. This is our way of rajyog.” (Revised Sakar Murli dated 11.02.08, pg.2 published by BKs in Hindi, narrated by ShivBaba through Brahma Baba; translated by a PBK; the words within brackets in the English version have been added by the translator to clarify the meaning)
