From the North American Indian Tradition

There was once a grandfather who had recently witnessed great scenes of bloodshed, he said to his grandson

"I feel as though there are two wolves battling in my heart. One wolf is gentle calm and compassionate." he paused for a moment " The other wolf is fierce, and snarling for bloodshed, and is full of revenge."

The boy asked

"Which wolf will win the battle grandfather?"

The grandfather replied slowly

"The wolf I choose to feed."

Dear brother clay.

That was a short and sweet anecdote but has a very powerful message which we all must remember----that thoughts are the most powerful weapon on this earth for they can make a hell out of heaven and heaven out of hell.
