Hmm... the Aussie BK forum shut down towards the end of last year. Anyone knows why? And why has it reopened now, after being out of action for 9 months? Is there anything different about it? Comments anyone?
By the way, the link is the same:

Dear Paul,
Omshanti. You asked about the Aussie BK forum that "Is there anything different about it? Comments anyone?"
Under the thread "Modifications to the forum board" in the section "Intro to the new forum board" the administrators of the revived Aussie forum have notified the following lines:
" There have been some modifications to the Forum board. The "Soapbox" and "Exotic language and ideas section" have been removed to encourage users to have focussed discussions on specific topics. As part of a new administrative measure, it can take up to 72 hours for a post to appear on some Forums from the original date. We apologise for this possible delay."
One can understand for what purpose and to censor which kind of posts have they introduced this condition?
With regards,
On Godly service,
Arjuna |

Good spade work Arjuna.
"Big brother" is alive and well I see. Talk about control and overkill! It goes to show how authoritarian and anti-freedom that organization really is. I wish that those who get lured into it by the insipid little courses they offer can see it for what it really is - a stultifying prison. |

What about the dinosaurs ?
I agree Paul. I felt really freed up and un-chained (a weight fell from my shoulders) when I got the subtle 'hint' that I was no longer welcome in the BKs anymore due to my 'intransigence' in unconditionally accepting their beliefs
A prison is a good name for a place (however metaphorical) that teaches you to doubt your own intuition and gut-instincts telling you that this is a kind of manipulative-control-power dogma |

BKry,
I was quite impressed with the fact that you kept that site busy. Your thoughts were nearly 9% of all that was posted on the site. I hope they realize that you were quite a thinker and that they miss your thoughts.
What a dull world it would be if we were to be silent and say nothing. Have a Happy New Year and keep those thoughts going. What is that old saying: An idle mind is the Devil's workshop!
Regards,
